We have just undertaken a complete re-roof of our home during winter. The roof was reasonably complex and contained a number of valleys. The Roof Tech team carried out the removal of the concrete tiles – which were over 60 years old – and replaced the entire roof with Metrotile. The job was anything but easy – given that all tiles needed to be carried to the street side of the property for removal. And, being winter, the job demanded additional care in ensuring that the house was always kept weather-tight.
The work was completed on time and the property left clean and safe at the end of each work day – and completely clean at the end of the job. The bill was exactly as per the quote.
