I contracted Roof Tech to do a fairly large re-roof on a property in Glendowie. Given that I’m based overseas, it’s essential that I have good trustworthy tradesmen working on the properties I own. I had recently contracted another roofing company for another job and their performance was less than satisfactory, a big name in the industry too, so this was a surprise. Consequently, I’ll be using Roof Tech again, they didn’t know it, but I own 25 rental houses in Auckland. There service and quality of work is incredibly professional and Glen sent me photographs at each stage of the project. I shared the photos with my father and brother, both ex Inspectors for City Council and even they were impressed! I cannot say enough about Roof Tech and would recommend them to anyone with a large or small project. They will go the extra mile and they are worth every penny.

We have just undertaken a complete re-roof of our home during winter. The roof was reasonably complex and contained a number of valleys. The Roof Tech team carried out the removal of the concrete tiles – which were over 60 years old – and replaced the entire roof with Metrotile. The job was anything but easy – given that all tiles needed to be carried to the street side of the property for removal. And, being winter, the job demanded additional care in ensuring that the house was always kept weather-tight.
The work was completed on time and the property left clean and safe at the end of each work day – and completely clean at the end of the job. The bill was exactly as per the quote.
